Life is an adventure
It’s why we build custom homes, not just houses. A place that serves as the perfect backdrop for your life’s adventures.
We know building a custom home can seem overwhelming. We get it. It’s why we start every project by getting to know you and your family and establishing trust and peace of mind.

We’re local
We’re a local, family-owned business. Derek has been in the construction industry his whole career. Tiffany played softball for Florida State (go Noles!). We met in Tallahassee — got married here; had three kids here. We could have moved anywhere to build homes but decided to stay local. We now live in Monticello with our three kids and we’re excited to welcome families to their own adventures in Monticello and Tallahassee.
