Please contact the appropriate contractor for issues relating to the mechanical, plumbing, or electrical systems of the home. Their contact information can be found within the KDB letter you received in your closing package. Items covered by manufacturers warranties are as follows - refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, kitchen vent fan, central air conditioner(s), water heater, central HVAC, garage door opener, and fans and lighting. Please contact the manufacturer first, prior to a warranty request.
