2018 brought us some amazing projects, and one of our absolute favorites was this drastic backyard renovation and new construction, merging together…casting a much different view for our clients. Sleek design, & a convergence of great trade work from local licensed contractors and companies, made this custom pool house & pool/hot tub come to life. We hope you enjoy Part I, and all the changes, as much as we did!

A quick install of the pool and hot tub by Tallahassee Pools, Adam Salvo & his team, allowed us to start our staking and pouring of the pool house foundation by Tremont Concrete Construction. A special thanks to our clients, who continually believed in the process. New construction can be a timely, and consuming task. You’ll often find there are times when work can be slow, or weather can delay tradesman from completing tasks, but having a vision of their backyard paradise, kept us all motivated, as each stage was completed!
